Hong Kong LNG Terminal Limited (HKLTL) is a joint venture of Castle Peak Power Company Limited (CAPCO) and The Hongkong Electric Co., Ltd. (HK Electric), located offshore water to the east of the Soko Island, Hong Kong. Offshore Oil Engineering Corporation ("OOCL") is responsible for the general contracting, it is the world's first offshore, all-steel, double-berth receiving terminal.
The mission of Topcorr Company is to design, supply, install, and commission a custom-made cathodic protection system for the Hong Kong LNG terminal. By reducing the corrosion rate of metal facilities, the cathodic protection system can significantly extend the facility's service life and decrease maintenance costs.

The Impressed Current Cathodic Protection System has been successfully completed commissioning and officially operated in November, 2022
